This phage display library will be provided as an aliquot of frozen bacterial glycerol stock (TG1 E. coli ) and will not be sequenced. For further manipulation, please use the growth stain/temperature recommended in your protocol as these will vary by method.

Library screening can be done by many approaches and may need to be tailored to the different targets and the reagents available. The depositor does not recommend amplification unless the primary library becomes unavailable for use in panning as amplification is known to create bias and reduce complexity. If amplification is required, or for general procedures, the depositor recommends following standard procedures such as Barbas CF. Phage display: a laboratory manual.
