Description

The Ellis Lab Yeast GPCR-sensor Toolkit consists of 42 parts for building highly-tunable GPCR-based biosensors in yeast. The parts are formatted for use with, and require, MoClo-YTK (Kit #1000000061) from the Dueber Lab (Lee et al., 2015), and are designed to work with the engineered yeast strain yWS677 (soon available from ATCC).

Note from the depositor: Part pWS932 contains a 50/50 ratio of C/A at position 662, which could lead to the substitution of a serine to a tyrosine (S235Y). We recommend sequencing assembled plasmids using this part to confirm the presence of the correct base pair at this position.

Ordering Note: If you would like to order both the Yeast GPCR-sensor Toolkit and MoClo-YTK (Kit #1000000061), or have previously ordered MoClo-YTK (Kit #1000000061) and would now like to order the Yeast GPCR-sensor Toolkit, please email [email protected] for pricing (if you use a distributor in your country, please contact your distributor directly for pricing).
