Bassik Human CRISPR Knockout Library
(Pooled Libraries #101926, #101927, #101928, #101929, #101930, #101931, #101932, #101933, #101934)

  • Purpose

This lentiviral genome-scale CRISPR library targets all ~20,500 protein-coding genes in the human genome. The library is divided into 9 sublibraries defined by biological categories of genes, each with their own negative controls.

This library includes safe-targeting controls, gRNAs which target the genome but are not expected to disrupt gene function, in addition to nontargeting controls. The gRNAs vary in length from 17-20 bp, with the truncated gRNAs (17 or 18 bp) having less off-target activity.

  • Vector Backbone

    pMCB320 - does not express Cas9

  • A Cas9 plasmid is NOT included with this item and will have to be ordered separately. Can be used with plasmids expressing Cas9 such as lentiCas9-Blast (#52962) or otherwise used with cell lines already expressing Cas9.

  • If you would like to receive all nine sublibraries in a single order, please email [email protected] for pricing (if you use a distributor in your country, please contact your distributor directly for pricing).
