This gel depicts the NEB 1kb ladder and a digestion of the plasmid 10879: pLKO.1 - TRC control with the following enzymes: Double digest with EcoRI HF and AgeI and a single digest with Not I HF
We expected the following band sizes for this digest: a single band of ~7kb with AgeI/EcoRI and bands of ~900bp and 6.1kb with NotI. We see the expected pattern.
