This gel depicts the NEB 1kb ladder and a digestion of the plasmid with the following enzymes: EcoRI and SalI We expected the following band sizes for this digest: 7.5kb for EcoRI and 4.4kb + 2.5kb + 0.7kb for SalI. We see the expected pattern.
