To generate 35S:ARF17, a 3.3 kb EcoR1-BamH1 fragment of the 6.6 kb ARF17 pBluescript clone was subcloned into pLBR19 downstream from the duplicated enhancer of CaMV 35S RNA promoter. See "sequence" for full insert sequence.
