  • A portion of this plasmid was derived from a plasmid made by
    CRY2 from Arabidopsis thaliana was obtained from pCMV-SNAP-CRY2-VHH(GFP) (Addgene 58370) as described in the methods of Osswald et al., 2019. CRY2olig-VHH(GFP) was generated by site-directed mutagenesis. Construct is heat shock inducible.
