Please note that Addgene's sequencing results indicate that GenBank ID AAH14693.1 is better match for the mouse TLR2 insert sequence in this plasmid. When compared to GenBank ID NM_011905 there is an apparent mutation (M82I) which may represent a valid polymorphism.
