SnaBI site does not exist
A digest of pBabe-puro-IRES-EGFP revealed that EcoRI linearizes this plasmid, but SnaBI does not.
The lanes are 1.Uncut DNA, 2.SnaBI digest, 3.EcoRI digest, 4.100bp ladder, 5.EcoRI + SnaBI double digest.
