Depositor Comments
We engineered a tunable genetic switch called LTRi, which stands for Lac-Tet-RNAi. Gene expression is turned on by adding an inducer, isopropyl-β-thiogalactopyranoside (IPTG). LTRi-bax allows scientists to tune the level of Bax. See article for details.
