This gel depicts the NEB 1kb ladder and a digestion of the plasmid pCG150 with the following enzymes: EcoRI-HF and BamHI-HF.
Expected bands:
EcoRI-HF: 3501 bp, 1631 bp, 1227 bp
BamHI-HF: 3031 bp, 2626 bp, 702 bp
Results:
We observed the expected bands for both digests.
