Depositor Comments

This is Nolan lab's standard retrovirus vector backbone that expresses lacZ. Most of the other library vectors and IRES constructs are based on this expression vector. A variant comes with GFP in place of the lacZ gene (see pBMN-I-GFP).

Please note that there are some minor differences between Addgene's quality control sequence (see sequence with the pLXSN-5 primer) and the assembled sequence from the Nolan lab.
