Addgene diagnostic digest for 17629 (NheI & ApaI)
This gel depicts the NEB 1kb ladder and a digestion of the plasmid iDuet101a with the following enzymes: NheI and ApaI. The ApaI and NheI digests produced the expected pattern of bands. Note that the lane labeled NotI was digested with an expired enzyme and did not digest. Please view the additional attachment to see the correct NotI digest.

This gel depicts the NEB 1kb ladder and a digestion of the plasmid 17629 iDuet101a with NotI-HF. The expected pattern of bands was observed.

We see the expected pattern.
