This gel depicts the NEB 1kb ladder and a digestion of the plasmid pBABE-puro-hTERT with the following enzymes: SalI and EcoRI single and double digests.
We expected an 8.6kb band for each single digest and 5.1kb and 3.5kb bands for the SalI/EcoRI double digest. We see the expected pattern.
