Depositor Comments

pRosa26 Lox Stop Lox Luciferase targeting vector.

Backbone is the pRosa26.1 vector from the Soriano lab
This includes both 5' and 3' Rosa26 targeting arms as well as PGK-DTA negative selection marker. The SacII site of the original vector has been deleted and replaced with a linearization cassette.
This includes AscI, PacI, and FseI restriction sites.

On the sequence provided by the author:
1-1090 Rosa26 5'-homology arm;
1091-1606 CAGGS promoter (what I could sequence of it; there should be another 1-1.3kb unsequenced - NNNN); 1607-8024 mockLoxP flanked PuroR & STOP cassette (Puro transcription is antisense to CAGGS); 8077-9726 Firefly Luciferase coding sequence (no STOP codon); 9727-9777 SYRGL epitope sequence fused to Luc and followed by STOP codon; 9778-9829 synthetic PMCpolyA; 9830-14117 Rosa26 3'-homology arm
