Depositor Comments

TopBP1 cDNA KIAA00259 was cloned by Weei-Chin Lin in EcoRI site of pGEX6P1. I added a His6 tag at the 3' end using the oligos TopBPF3 and TopBPR4 for PCR, then digested the PCR product with XhoI and replaced the XhoI fragment from pGEX6P1TopBP1 with the PCR product to generate pGEX6P1TopBP1His.

NOTE: This plasmid was originally called full-length, and it is considered to have full length functionality in its original publication from the Sancar lab.
