This gel depicts the NEB 1kb ladder and a digestion of the plasmid
21718 with the following enzymes: EcoRI-HF, NotI-HF, BamHI-HF, XbaI. We see the expected results (Note that the lower band in the EcoRI/NotI digest is very faint, but present at 0.6kb. XbaI did not cut due to Dam methylation.
