Addgene diagnostic digest
This gel depicts the NEB 1kb DNA ladder and a digestion of plasmid #21911 with the enzymes BamHI-HF, NcoI-HF, and SacI-HF.
We expected the following banding patterns:
BamHI-HF single digest: 1.1 and 7.3kb
NcoI-HF single digest: 4.6, 1.8 and 0.3kb
SacI-HF single digest: 4.6, 2.0, 1.3 and 0.54kb.
HSV TK insert band is correct. Backbone band runs high in all digests.
