Use for puromycin selection of transgenes in Caenorhabditis species other than C. elegan (works also in C. elegans). This vector is the same as pBCN22-R4R3 but with a different Pmyo-2::mCherry::unc-54_3'UTR construct that gives good fluoresence expression in the pharynx of C. elegans as well as other species, e.g. C. briggsae, C. remanei and C. brenneri. This is a Gateway 3-fragment compatible destination vector. It contains AttR4 and AttR3 sites (not AttR1 and AttR2 sites as identified automatically by the Addgene algorithm).
Addgene has sequenced a portion of this plasmid for verification.
