Depositor Comments

The control sensor construct was created by cloning the potato UBI3 promoter into pENTR/D-TOPO (Invitrogen). The resulting plasmid was then recombined with pCGTAG. The promoter results in a ubiquitously expressed nuclear localized GFP.
