Depositor Comments

This vector contains a MCS and combines the Cre/loxP with a bicistronic transcript that contains dual fluorescent and bioluminescent cell markers. mRFP was used as a marker for easy genotyping and tissue labeling. A chimeric membrane-localizing luciferase/eGFP fusion protein was designed as a secondary marker, which upon Cre activation, highlights the cells expressing the transgene with eGFP as well as luciferase activity.
