as: CTA GAT GGC AGT GTG GTT AGC TGG TTG TGT CTA GAT GGC AGT GTG GTT AGC TGG TTG TGT
This expression cassette was then sub-cloned into the Gateway vector pAW using GATEWAY cloning.
