pCE-mp53DD Notes
Addgene Diagnostic Digest
This gel depicts the NEB 1kb ladder and a digestion of the plasmid pCE-mp53DD with the following enzymes: SalI-HF and EcoRI-HF.
Digested with SalI-HF, expected bands at 7.7 and 2 kb.
Digested with EcoRI-HF, expected bands at 9.3 and 0.3 kb.
We see the expected pattern although the 0.3kb band is to small/light to resolve.
Addgene Diagnostic Digest
This gel depicts the NEB 1kb extend DNA ladder and a digestion of plasmid 41856 with XbaI and BbsI.
We observed the expected banding pattern:
XbaI: 2 bands at 6047 bp and 3643 bp
BbsI: 3 bands at 4346 bp, 3952 bp and 1392 bp
