Depositor Comments

This plasmid has a R6K ori requires a Pir2+ strain to replicate. When this plasmid is co-transformed with pAH123 (Addgene #66077) and grown at 37, the plasmid is linearized and integrated into the Phi80 site on the E. coli chromosome. The use of the R6K origin ensures that non-integrated plasmids will not replicate in the target strain.
