    NLS-HA-tdMCP-GFP and NLS-HA-tdMCP-tagRFP were amplified by PCR from phage-UBC-NLS-HA-tdMCP-GFP (Addgene, 40649) (Wu et al., 2012) and phage-UBC-NLS-HA-tdMCP-tagRFP (Wu et al., 2012) using NLS-HA-tdMCP-FP-F+R primers. To add flanking attL1 and attL2 sites (Hartley et al., 2000; Walhout et al., 2000), PCR fragments were TOPO cloned into pCR8/GW/TOPO (K250020, Invitrogen) to make pME-NLS-tdMCP-tagRFP.
