This gel depicts the NEB 1kb extend ladder and a digestion of the plasmid pEff with the following enzymes: NdeI and AscI.
Digested with NdeI, expected band at 14.5 kb.
Digested with AscI, expected band at 14.5 kb.
Digested with NdeI/AscI, expected bands at 8.6 and 5.9 kb.
These results display the expected band sizes.
