CRISPR-Cas/RGN expression plasmids for Human genes
The Joung Lab recently described the use CRISPR-Cas/RNA-Guided Nuclease ( RGN ) technology to modify four different endogenous human genes (Fu et al., Nat Biotechnol. 2013).
The expression plasmids encoding the guide RNAs ( gRNAs ) used in these experiments are listed below. Note that gRNA produced from each of these vectors were used in conjunction with mRNA produced from the mammalian codon-optimized Cas9 expression vector ( JDS246 ).
