Tet-regulated Lentiviral RNAi Vectors
The laboratories of Patrick Aebischer and Didier Trono (EPFL) have deposited a lentiviral vector-based system for drug-controllable expression of polymerase II promoter-controlled transgenes or polymerase III promoter-controlled sequences encoding shRNAs.
