Comments: Full-length cDNA, has the wild-type glycine at position 185 on P-glycoprotein. The "Ha" in pHaMDRwt stand for the Harvey sarcoma virus. Vector can confer the complete multidrug-resistance phenotype to various drug sensitive cell lines.
