Plasmids for Stem Cell Research
Adult cells can be reprogrammed to behave like pluripotent stem cells
by the expression of defined genes. Addgene currently distributes a
number of plasmids containing these genes, including the plasmids used
in the seminal publications from the Yamanaka and Thomson labs.
