A link to Backbones will appear in the Search Summary if your keyword matches an entry in Addgene's Vector Database. Vector Database is a collection of information on empty vectors being distributed by Addgene and other vendors.

 
Can't find the plasmids you need? Send us the name of the plasmid and an article reference. We will contact the author and ask him/her to deposit the plasmid at Addgene.
