This kit contains all 256 possible combinations of pFUS_B4 clones for Golden Gate assembly of 15-RVD TALENs.

This kit consists of three 96-well plate, and will be shipped as bacterial glycerol stocks on dry ice. Samples should be frozen at -80°C immediately upon arrival. Individual plasmids can be ordered from each plasmid page and will be shipped as bacterial stabs.

Description

This Complete pFUS_B4 Collection contains all 256 possible combinations of pFUS_B4 clones built with TALE repeat modules contain RVDs NI, HD, NN and NG. The collection is aimed to work in complement with the Golden Gate TALEN and TAL Effector Kit 2.0 to assemble highly active 15-RVD GoldyTALENs without the need for building individual pFUS_B4 intermediates.

Besides the RCIscript-GoldyTALEN backbone which is highly active in zebrafish, the collection is also compatible with other Golden Gate TALEN backbones.
