- Created by Moore, July 1995, under contract with NCBI. General purpose cloning vector containing a unique NotI site. Constructed for insertion of mobilization cassettes pMOB1-4 (ATCC 77280-77283) to produce a vector useful for allele replacement in Pseudomonas aeruginosa. Also permits visual detection of recombinants by lacZalpha complementation. The alpha peptide is 107 aa. The depositor requests that this plasmid be available only for non-commercial research purposes. (ATCC staff) Restriction digests of the clone give the following sizes (kb): EcoRI--2.7; PvuI--1.75, 0.9; HindIII--2.7; NotI--2.7. (ATCC staff) Medium is 1315 1065 plus ampicillin (100 ug/ul).
