Decide which plasmids you want to deposit. We support deposits of published, pre-publication, or unpublished materials.
Enter your plasmid details and sequences online. We'll ask for a general description and useful details like the gene/insert name, mutations, antibiotic resistance, and growth conditions. See our deposit process guide to learn more.
Ship your samples to our lab in the form of liquid DNA or bacteria.
That's it! We fully sequence your plasmids for validation and store them in triplicate, including one at an offsite backup facility.
Once the plasmids are validated, we make it easy for other scientists to find and request your plasmids through our website. We'll handle all the logistics of distribution, including the MTAs with your institution.
