Depositor Comments

We engineered a tunable genetic switch called LTRi, which stands for Lac-Tet-RNAi. Gene expression is turned on by adding an inducer, isopropyl-β-thiogalactopyranoside (IPTG). See article for details.

Clone your gene of interest into the Transgene Module http://www.addgene.org/15916 and then move it into LTRi with Neomycin.
