Depositor Comments
One of two plasmids used in a chimeric-repressor bacterial two-hybrid assay to investigate protein-protein interactions. Use with pcI434-L (Plasmid #260930).
This plasmid was originally constructed in Di Lallo et al., 2001 (https://doi.org/10.1099/00221287-147-6-1651) and then modified by the Dillon laboratory to introduce additional restriction sites at the MCS.
These plasmids were created by your colleagues. Please acknowledge the Principal Investigator, cite the article in which the plasmids were described, and include Addgene in the Materials and Methods of your future publications.
