Depositor Comments

This is the 'empty' sgRNA expression vector with a 1286 bp stuffer sequence. AarI digest cuts out the stuffer sequence and leaves sticky ends on the backbone. sgRNA inserts should be of the format 5'-TTGG(N20) for the top strand and 5'-AAAC-(N20) for the bottom strand for T4 cloning.
