Depositor Comments

Homology arms subcloned from a clone of RPCI-23 C57BL/6J mouse genomic DNA library.

AscI and PacI cloning sites near reported Hipp11 locus (Hippenmeyer et al., 2010), a highly recombinogenic locus.

Genomic sequence in pHipp11 plasmids #52544 and #52545 might be from 129/SvJ mouse according to the paper cited above.

Please make sure the plasmid DNA preparation is pure by gel electrophoresis before linearizing for an electroporation.
