This gel depicts the NEB 1kb ladder and a digestion of the plasmid TBP6.7 non-targeting gRNA lambda phage with the following enzymes: ScaI-HF and KpnI-HF.

Expected bands:
ScaI-HF 3206 bp
ScaI-HF/KpnI-HF 2114 and 1092 bp

Results:
We observed the expected bands for this digest.
