Depositor Comments

Note that Addgene's sequencing results found a single nucleotide insert between bp# 7734/7735, single nucleotide mismatches at bp# 7796 and 7876 and a 16 nucleotide insert between bp# 7877 & 7878 when compared to the full sequence provided by the depositing laboratory. The depositing scientist states that the insertions/mismatches are in regions that are of no functional importance.
