This gel depicts the NEB 1kb ladder and a digestion of the plasmid pBB572 with the following enzymes: EcoRI-HF (single digest) and Xhol+PvuII-HF (double digest). We expected a 3.9kb band for both digests. PvuII is not expected to cut. We observe the expected pattern.
