This vector contains Tie2 promoter, SV40 polyA signal and Tie2 minimum enhancer fragment. MCS (HindIII and NotI) are located between the promoter and pA signal where you can insert your cDNA as indicated. DNA fragments can be excised by SalI digest from injection.
