This gel depicts the NEB 1kb ladder and a digestion of the plasmid
41045 with the following enzymes: NheI-HF single digest and NheI-HF and BamHI-HF double digest.
We expect the linearized plasmid to give a 5kb band and the double digest to give 3kb and 2kb bands. We see the expected results.
