In addition to the viral particles, you will also receive purified AAV-EF1a-BbTagBY plasmid DNA.Brainbow construct encoding farnesylated TagBFP and EYFP, both in reverse orientation between mutant Lox sites. These AAV preparations are suitable purity for injection into animals.
