Drosophila Engrailed (Eng)contains H22P and L158P compared to closest reference sequence (AAA65478.1). Depositor states that these mutation should not affect function.

Mouse Pax8 contains a P2A mutation. Depositor states that this mutation should not affect plasmid function.
