- Restriction digests of the clone give the following sizes (kb): BamHI/HindIII--6.3, 1.45; BglII--7.5; EcoRI--6.2, 1.5. (ATCC staff) A 6015 bp BamHI/HindIII fragment of YRp8 containing URA3 was ligated to a 1415 bp BamHI/HindIII fragment of YRp7-32cat (ATCC 37624).
