The stop codon of the Firefly luciferase ORF from pGL3 was replaced with the stop codon UAG. This construct contains the Firefely ORF fused in frame to Renilla with 18 bp distance between the stop codon and the first ATG within the Renilla ORF. In addition, six CXCR4 short RNA binding sites are present.
