Depositor Comments

The iCre in this plasmid has an extra Valine upstream of the SV40 nuclear localization signal that does not affect the function (similar to Addgene plasmids #113837 and #113849).

The inverted repeats of the bGH polyA sequences near the middle of the plasmid is prone to deletion by recombination. The depositor recommends checking specifically for this before using.
