This gel depicts the NEB 1kb ladder and a digestion of the plasmid p201N Cas9 with the following enzymes: EcoRI HF and NcoI HF
We expect the following results: EcoR1 should give 3 bands: 1.8, 4.6 , and 7.4 kb
NcoI should give a single linearized band at 14.5 kb
We see the expected results.
