Addgene Diagnostic Test
This gel depicts the NEB 1kb ladder and a digestion of the plasmid 63087 with the following enzymes: BamHI and BamHI+NheI
We expected the linearized plasmid to be 7.5kb and the double digest to give bands of 2.2kb and 5.3kb. We see the expected results, albeit with some additional degradation products.
